5000 Series T3 is the ultimate in direct replacement 2 piece performance brake rotors Featuring all the benefits of the 5000 Series along with DBAs patented world renowned T3 bi directional slot design.
Built on the foundations of DBAs T 2 slot, the T 3 slot design features additional precise CNC machined tri symmetrical slots, resulting in an even quieter, more responsive and smoother braking experience. The T3 slot increases the number of exit points for brake pad friction dust and gases to escape through, further increasing the consistency and effectiveness of every brake stop.
DBA recommends a T3 slot for high performance applications.
Product Info
Sharing all the benefits of the 4000 SERIES, 5000 SERIES rotors are a composite 2 piece direct replacement brake rotor. DBA uses only the highest quality materials to ensure optimal performance under the most strenuous circumstances, combining high carbon cast iron rings with aerospace grade aluminum hats (T6061-T6) held together with National Aerospace Standards (NAS) bolts and crimp nuts.
5000 SERIES shares all of the performance technology featured in the 4000 SERIES, with the added benefits of further weight reduction and improved heat management via the aluminum hats.
The use of aerospace grade aluminum hats reduces the unsprung weight of the brake rotors, whilst allowing for uniform radial disc expansion throughout the cast iron rings and reduced heat transfer from disc to hub via the aluminum hats.

1. Two Piece Design Hat and rings sold as complete assemblies and as individual components, for more economical replacement options.
2. Surface Design Symmetrical slots facilitate the exit of friction dust and gasses, for a quieter and more responsive pedal feel.
3. DBA Aluma-Lite Aluma-lite center hat / bell made from extra lightweight 6061 T6 aircraft aluminum, reducing the unsprung weight for better vehicle handling and minimizing heat transfer to the wheel hubs.
4. Anti Rust Painted non-friction areas to prevent rust and enhance appearance.
5. Bi-Directional Use Symmetrical slotting and/or drilling for universal left/right use.
6. Thermal Stability Profiling (TSP) Heat treatment cycles realign the microstructure of the iron, resulting in increased rotor stability and durability. Centre split core castings for increased heat transfer and thermal efficiency.
7. Thermal Efficiency Centre-split core castings for increased heat dissipation and thermal efficiency.
8. CBN Cubic Boron Nitride machine turned finish, minimizing disc thickness variation and the potential for pad “knock” and resulting premature wear.
9. Thermographic Heat Paint (TGHP) Paint markings change color at specific temperature thresholds to assist with the monitoring of braking temperatures and rotor fatigue.
10. High Carbon Alloyed Iron Formulation allows for optimal interaction with DBA’s thermal stability profiling. Increases the capacity of the rotor to handle constant and extreme heat over prolonged periods.
11. Kangaroo Paw Unique Kangaroo Paw vein design for up to 20% better heat dissipation, increasing braking effectiveness and prolonging brake life.
12. NAS Bolts & Nuts National Aerospace Standards (NAS) bolts and crimp nuts for maximum strength at minimal weight.

How do I return an item?
You have 14 days to inspect your shipment and contents. After that period, IAG is no longer responsible for missing items. You have 30 days to report any damaged or incorrect items, after that period IAG is no longer responsible for returns or exchanges. All stocking products are subject to a 30 Day return policy. The item(s), when approved for return, are subject to a 20 percent restocking fee. Canceled orders may be subject to a 20 percent cancellation fee. All product returns require a return authorization number before being shipped back to IAG or the manufacturer. An “RMA” number is obtained by calling the IAG Support Desk at 410-840-3555 or emailing support@iagperformance.com. Some products may require shipping back to the manufacturer for inspection before a return or exchange may be processed. Some products may not be able to be returned. Products that have been modified or installed are not eligible for return. There are no returns or cancellations for Special Order/Made to Order items and Electrical Components (including the COBB Accessport). Items returned after the 30 Day return period without an RMA will be refused. Canceled service appointments with deposits are non-refundable.
Refunds take 30 days or less. Payments made by Credit Card or PayPal are returned back to the original account used during the transaction. There are no cash returns; we will issue a business check for the return of funds. Refunds are decided by the management and not by sales staff. IAG Performance Product Warranty (Excluding - Short Blocks / Long Blocks)
This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state. We limit the duration and remedies of all implied warranties, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose to the duration of this express limited warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts. The remedies described below are your sole and exclusive remedies and our entire liability for any breach of this limited warranty. Our liability shall under no circumstances exceed the actual amount paid by you for the product, nor shall we under any circumstances be liable for any consequential, incidental, special or punitive damages or losses, whether direct or indirect.
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship of your IAG Performance Product for 12 Months or 12,000 Miles from the date of receipt.
IAG will repair any IAG Manufactured Product that proves to be defective in materials or workmanship within the warranty period. If a repair is not possible, we will either replace your Product with a new Product of similar composition and price, or refund the full purchase price of your Product, at our sole discretion. There is no charge for inspection but the buyer is responsible for shipping charges.
