IAG “Black Friday Sweepstakes” — Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF MONEY IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS NOT SPONSORED, ENDORSED, OR ADMINISTERED BY, OR ASSOCIATED WITH, ANY SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM, INCLUDING YOUTUBE (“SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM(S)”).

Sponsor

Integrity Auto Group, Inc., 1203 Baltimore Blvd, Westminster, MD 21157 (“Sponsor”).

Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia and Canada (excluding Quebec) who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their state or province of residence at the time of entry (each, an “Entrant”).

The following individuals and entities are not eligible to participate or win:

• Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of the Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and any other entity involved in the administration or execution of the Sweepstakes (collectively, the “Released Parties”):

• Members of the immediate families (defined as spouse, parents, grandparents, siblings, children, and grandchildren, whether biological, adopted, or step) and those living in the same household (whether related or not) of any of the above; and

• Any wholesale, distributor, reseller, installer, or dealer account of Sponsor, including but not limited to any individual or business that purchases products from Sponsor for resale, distribution, or commercial installation purposes (“Wholesale Dealers”).

For purposes of these Official Rules, “Wholesale Dealer” means any person or entity that:
(a) holds a wholesale or dealer account with the Sponsor or its affiliates;
(b) regularly purchases Sponsor products at wholesale pricing or under a resale agreement; or
(c) purchases Sponsor products with the primary intent to resell or incorporate them into goods or services offered to others for commercial gain.

Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility and to disqualify any Entrant it determines, in its sole discretion, to be ineligible or to have submitted false, misleading, or incomplete information. Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Agreement to Rules

By participating, Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements herein.

Sweepstakes Period

Begins 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on November 26, 2025 and ends 11:59:59 p.m. ET on December 8, 2025 (“Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s database/computer is the official time-keeping device.

How to Enter

Two (2) ways to enter:

1) Purchase Entry (Online)

During the Sweepstakes Period, make a qualifying purchase at www.iagperformance.com. Entrants will automatically receive one (1) entry for each whole US$1.00 spent on eligible merchandise before taxes and shipping and after discounts.

• Multiplier Offers: During the Sweepstakes Period, Sponsor may announce limited-time “Bonus Entry” offers providing up to 5x entries per US$1.00 on select IAG parts (e.g., 2x, 3x, 4x, or 5x), as defined and communicated by Sponsor on the Website and/or Sponsor social channels (“Bonus Entry Periods”).

• Returns/Fraud: Entries from orders later canceled or returned will be voided and deducted. Purchasing with the intent to return for the purpose of generating entries is prohibited and may result in disqualification and a ban from future promotions.

Note: Gift cards, taxes, fees, shipping, and non-merchandise charges do not earn entries unless expressly stated by Sponsor.

2) Mail-In Entry (No Purchase Necessary)

Hand-print on a 3" x 5" card: your full name, complete mailing address, phone number, date of birth, and email address. Mail in a #10 envelope with proper postage to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by December 8, 2025 and received by December 12, 2025. Each properly completed mail-in equals one (1) entry.

• Mail-In Bonus Multiplier: If a mail-in entry is postmarked on a date that Sponsor has designated as a Bonus Entry Period, and you legibly write the applicable multiplier (e.g., “5x”) on the back of the envelope, your mail-in will count for the corresponding number of entries up to a maximum of 5 entries per mail-in. If the written multiplier does not match the actual Bonus Entry Period associated with the postmark date, the entry will count as one (1) entry.

• Requirements: Card and envelope must be hand-printed by the Entrant only. No mechanically reproduced or bulk/pooled submissions. Each envelope must be mailed individually. Third-party or commercial sweepstakes services are prohibited.

General Entry Terms: Proof of submission is not proof of receipt. Incomplete, illegible, late, lost, misdirected, damaged, or tampered entries are void. All entries become Sponsor’s property and will not be returned. Use of automated means of entry is prohibited. Personal information will be used per Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at https://www.iagperformance.com/privacy.

Prize, Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”), and Odds

One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive winner’s choice of:

• IAG 750 EJ Short Block Engine (ARV US$5,499.99), or

• IAG 600 FA Short Block Engine (ARV US$5,249.99), or

• US$5,000 cash (ARV US$5,000.00).
  
  

Total Grand Prize ARV: up to US$5,499.99. Odds depend on number of eligible entries received. No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent allowed, except Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Winner is solely responsible for any and all federal, state/provincial, and local taxes and any other costs/expenses not expressly stated as included (e.g., installation, vehicle compatibility, shipping/handling if applicable, and any options/upgrades).

No Warranties: Except as required by law, prizes are awarded “AS IS” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Winner Selection & Notification

Winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor or its independent agent on or about December 16, 2025, from among all eligible entries received. Sponsor or its agent will attempt to notify the potential winner by phone, email, and/or mail using the contact information provided.

The potential winner must complete and return, within seven (7) days of notification: (a) an Affidavit/Declaration of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release (where lawful); and (b) IRS Form W-9 (U.S.) or Form W-8BEN (Canada). If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to timely return required documents, is found ineligible, or otherwise fails to comply with these Rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

Canadian Residents: Before being declared a winner, a selected Canadian Entrant must correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question administered by phone or in writing.

Publicity Release

Where permitted by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor and its designees to use winner’s name, city/province/state, likeness, voice, and biographical information for advertising/trade without additional compensation, notice, or approval.

General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or operation of the Sweepstakes; acting in violation of these Rules; or engaging in unsportsmanlike, disruptive, or fraudulent conduct. If the Sweepstakes is impaired in any way for any reason (including but not limited to virus, bugs, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other cause beyond Sponsor’s control), Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes and, if terminated, select the winner from all eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of the event giving rise to the termination.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND OTHER REMEDIES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Release & Limitation of Liability

By participating, Entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Released Parties and Social Media Platforms from any claim or cause of action arising out of participation or receipt/misuse of any prize, including but not limited to: technical errors; unauthorized human intervention; printing/administrative errors; and personal injury, death, or property damage. Entrants agree that Released Parties’ liability shall be limited to the cost of entering and in no event include attorneys’ fees, and waive the right to claim punitive, consequential, incidental, indirect, or special damages. (For New Jersey residents, nothing herein limits rights where prohibited by statute.)

California Civil Code §1542 Waiver: Entrants expressly waive §1542 and similar laws, acknowledging that a general release may apply to unknown claims.

Canadian Residents (Excluding Quebec): Personal information collected from Canadian Entrants will be stored in the United States and subject to U.S. laws. By participating, Entrants consent to such transfer and processing.

Disputes/Governing Law

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Rules or the rights/obligations of Entrants and Sponsor shall be governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without giving effect to conflict-of-law principles. Entrants agree that: (i) all disputes shall be resolved individually, without resort to class action; (ii) exclusive venue lies in state or federal courts located in Maryland; (iii) damages shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred (if any), and in no event attorneys’ fees or multiplied/punitive damages; and (iv) equitable/injunctive relief is waived.

Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Rules is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. No waiver by Sponsor of any term shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver. Entrants may not assign any rights/obligations. These Rules constitute the entire agreement regarding the Sweepstakes.

To receive the winner’s first name, last initial, and city/state/province, send a self-addressed, stamped business-size envelope by January 31, 2026 to: IAG Black Friday Sweepstakes – Winners List, 1203 Baltimore Blvd, Westminster, MD 21157.

DISPUTES

All issues shall be governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict of law principles. Entrants agree to resolve all disputes individually in the appropriate federal or state court in Nebraska, without resort to class actions or punitive damages.
