IAG Competition Series 6 Speed Transmission Mount for 2022-26 WRX, 04-21 STI, 07-09 LGT

Weak or standard OEM transmission mounts often allow drivetrain movement, which can lead to issues with shift timing and quality. IAG’s Competition Series Transmission Mount is engineered to inhibit drivetrain movement during high-performance driving, resulting in a more precise shift feel. Designed to fit seamlessly with 2022+ Subaru WRX, 2004-09 STI, and 2007-09 Legacy GT spec.B models with 6 speed transmissions, this robust mount effectively suppresses excessive vibrations, making it ideal for high-powered builds and demanding driving conditions.

The IAG Performance Competition Series 6 Speed Transmission Mount provides sturdy support for your Subaru’s transmission because of its rugged construction. It features our Comp Series Red 90A durometer bushings that are significantly stiffer than the Subaru GROUP N mounts. The mount’s body is precision-crafted from CNC-machined solid billet aluminum. Additionally, the IAG mounts stiffness can be fine-tuned by purchasing the IAG Street Series Black 75A bushing kit.

The IAG Performance Competition Series 6 Speed Transmission Mount comes with our Red 90A durometer bushings, but can be easily swapped out with our Street Series Black 75A Bushing Kit (sold separately). The 75A durometer bushings are less stiff in comparison to the included Red 90A Comp Series Bushings, providing a “tuned-down” version that is optimal for street use.

IAG’s Competition Series 6 Speed Transmission Mount features a unique flush hardware design that eliminates the need to take the mount apart to install it on the vehicle. The installation process is straightforward, taking around thirty minutes to complete using basic hand-tools and a jack with jack stands. Swapping out bushings can be done at the same time, adding only a couple minutes more to the task.
