GSC Power-Division valve guides with depth stop fit properly, are easier to install and shaped to help air flow instead of just copying the OEM design. GSC's valve guides are made from true C67410 Manganese Bronze and turned on a dedicated precision CNC turning center. What this means for you and your installer is less time fitting guides to the head due to holding the tightest tolerances in the industry with the best quality control possible.

Do the stopper guides still require further machining/honning ?

Yes we do recommend getting machining done for accurate fitment.

I see that these are good for ej257 and 255, are they also good for ej253? Or does the AVLS system cause problems with these?

There is a difference in the oiling control systems between the DOHC and SOHC which makes these valve guides not interchangable between the two.

Are the stopper style valve guides compatible with the oem valve stem seals?
