This part is legal under the provisions of EPA’s Anti-Tampering Policy. COBB Tuning has established a reasonable basis (testing results) and Emissions Certification that verifies that this product allows the vehicle to operate within legal emissions standards and is therefore legal to be sold for on-street use in all states that accept the legal provisions of the Clean Air Act and EPA’s Anti-Tampering Policy.

Testing with the California Air Resources Board, in order to achieve 50-state compliance, is pending. Once testing is complete with California, and an EO number is issued, this product will be updated to 50-state legal status.

The COBB Stage 1 Power Package includes the COBB Flash Kit Pro & Calibrations and the High Flow Filter for the 2022+ Subaru BRZ / Toyota GR86
The COBB Tuning Flash Kit Pro utilizes the already-known EcuTek dongle and software to harness the power of COBB Tuning’s exclusive custom features. The kit includes a special tuning license for all COBB OTS maps.
Each Map will have map slots that incorporate different COBB Custom features and safeties depending on which slot the customer selects:
- COBB Traction Control
- COBB Engine Safety Measures (Both Oil Temp & Water/Coolant Temp based)
- Valet Mode
Customers will have the ability to switch between the map slots using the cruise control stalk or they can utilize the mobile app and our custom map slot presets to seamlessly transition between them while on the go!
Their Flash Kit coupled with OTS maps are fully covered by an EO from CARB meaning that your customers both inside and outside CA can tune their vehicle using COBB without worry!
