IAG (Integrity Auto Group) was established in 2004, initially selling high quality used performance cars. Within a year and a half, IAG sold over 200 Subaru WRX / STI’s. Our clients began requesting us to provide performance products and services for their Subaru’s, which we quickly catered to. IAG extended these services and parts nationally by 2007. Fast forward to 2019, IAG Performance is known as a leader in the automotive performance industry (specifically Subaru) and carries an impeccable reputation among our clients and peers.
IAG has two locations in Westminster Maryland. Our original 2.6-acre location at 1203 Baltimore Boulevard consists of two buildings. The primary building is occupied by IAG Westminster LLC a car sales business that is run independently.
The second, smaller building on Baltimore Boulevard features a complete automotive collision repair shop with downdraft paint booth, prep station, multiple frame machines, spot welders and numerous work bays.
In the spring of 2018 IAG expanded by purchasing a 115,000 sq/ft. warehouse and office space at 1241 New Windsor Rd. The new location houses our manufacturing operations with multiple CNC mills, CNC lathe, Press Brake, Waterjet, Faro Arm Scan Tools and more.
Nested inside the 1241 building is our Engine Building program which takes an engine from scratch to a clean and completely assembled packaged product ready to ship. The five-room facility houses multiple workspaces with high-speed clean room doors that separate the different job functions reducing debris and contaminants.
The workflow starts with a tear-down and inspection space with pressure washers, hot tanks, sonic cleaners, and an Aqua Blast machine. The following room is where most cylinder head functions occur. Seat, guide and valve work is performed on a Serdi 3.0, Rottler VR7 and other various equipment. Additionally, in this space, crankshaft and other engine components are balanced using a CWT Multi-Bal 5500 machine. Work then flows into the honing room. All honing is performed on various Sunnen equipment. The Sunnen SV30 is the workhorse that processes an average of 12 blocks a day. The final step in production is the final assembly room. Once engines are completed, they travel into a dedicated packaging room to be boxed into an engineered solution to ensure safe delivery of the engines. The facility also houses our product inventory and shipping distribution center.
As of April 2019, all mechanical work will be performed in the new state of the art service center located inside the IAG 1241 corporate building. The service center features 9 lifts, flush mounted Hunter alignment rack, Hunter Revolution 34 tire machine, Hunter GSP9700 Gen 3 Road Force Balancer, Dynojet all wheel drive dyno with dual eddy current and link. Additionally, a new R&D area boasts SuperFlow Powermark engine dyno and Trends Spintron valvetrain testing equipment.
