DIFFICULTY WITH YOUR OEM SOFT TOP?

Opening and closing the OEM Bronco soft top can be a difficult task. It often requires a second set of hands or having to climb in the back of the vehicle to operate Bronco’s heavy and cumbersome soft top frame. It is virtually impossible to open or close the soft top at an even rate from side to side, which can lead to premature wear or costly damage to your top or the vehicle paint. Even basic functions like cargo access is a chore that calls for a prop rod to hold the heavy rear hatch open. Constant battles with your soft top can be very frustrating, but we’ve developed the perfect solution to make your factory soft top easy to use.

THE EZ SOLUTION

IAG’s EZ-Lift Soft Top Assist System was designed to solve the functionality and weight issues with your 2021+ Ford Bronco’s OEM soft top. Our EZ-Lift System incorporates the use of two gas struts that provide an extra boost to make lifting and lowering your soft top a lot easier. With our system, you can single-handedly open and close the top from the side of the vehicle without having to get help or climb into the back of your Bronco. EASY CARGO ACCESS

This convenient system provides easy access to your Bronco’s cargo area and eliminates the need for the factory prop rod. Just pop the cargo release levers and let the EZ-Lift System safely hold the cargo cover open for you. The EZ-Lift struts are strong enough to handle the weight of the rear cover without any additional support, allowing you to load and unload your Bronco with ease. Additionally, the EZ-Lift System is fully compatible with the Ford Cargo Area Security Enclosure, ensuring a perfect fit.

EXTRA FEATURES

In addition to providing a hassle-free experience in opening and closing your Bronco's soft top, IAG’s EZ-Lift System features a couple of extra advantages that help to prolong the life of your top, while also preventing damage to your vehicle's interior. The lateral play commonly found in the factory soft top frame can cause the frame to rub against the canvas cover, leading to premature wear and even tears in the soft top. The frame is also known to leave rub marks and scratches on the roll bar. Our EZ-Lift System provides additional structure and rigidity to the soft top frame, which prevents lateral movement and potential damage to your soft top or roll bar.

EASY TO INSTALL

The IAG EZ-Lift Soft Top Assist System bolts directly to pre-existing mounting points on your 2021+ Ford Bronco’s OEM soft top and interior cargo area. There is no need for cutting, drilling or permanent modifications. The EZ-Lift System features full written and video instructions and includes all the necessary hardware required for installation. The entire job can be done in about 15 minutes using basic hand tools in your own garage.

All packages over $100 include shipping insurance in case they are lost or damaged. USPS requires signature confirmation on all insured orders over $200.00. UPS tracking numbers are automatically generated when a package ships and the number is sent to the email address you provided. If a package's contents is damaged during shipping please notify the shipping driver and file a claim with the shipper. You have 14 days to inspect your shipment and contents. After that period of time, IAG is no longer responsible for missing items. You have 30 days to report any damaged or incorrect items, after that period of time IAG is no longer responsible for returns or exchanges. Drop Shipping: Some items require drop shipping to complete an order. These products are shipped from manufacturer or distributor warehouses across the country. Order Processing: Orders placed after 2PM EST may not be processed the same day. Order processing may take 24-48 hours. USPS orders placed after 10am EST will ship the following business day if the items are in stock

RETURNS

IAG Off-Road Products 30 Day Return Policy

Most IAG Products are subject to a 30 Day return policy which begins on the date the product is received. IAG engines, electronics, clearance items, discontinued items, blemished items, and open box specials are not eligible for return. To verify if a product is eligible for return, please contact our support team at support@iagoffroad.com. All product returns require a return authorization number (RMA#) before being shipped back to IAG. An RMA number is obtained by calling the IAG Support Desk at 410-840-3555 or emailing support@iagoffroad.com. Items eligible for our 30 Day Return Policy may be subject to a full refund of the price originally paid once they are received back and verified to be in brand new and resellable condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping to IAG Off-Road and if free shipping was provided on the initial purchase, the customer is also responsible for reimbursement of IAG’s shipping cost to be deducted from the product refund.

If 31-60 days have passed since the product was received, IAG may consider a return with a 20% restocking fee and issuance of store credit to IAG’s webstore on a case-by-case basis. Contact our support team (support@iagoffroad.com) to determine whether the product is eligible. No returns will be considered if more than 60 days have passed since the item was received.

Non-IAG Products Return Policy

-Special order and/or non-stocking items are generally not eligible for return. Some products not manufactured by IAG Off-Road may be returned at the discretion of the manufacturer. IAG Off-Road can help coordinate returns, exchanges and warranty claims of these products per the terms of the manufacturer’s policies. A minimum of 20% restocking fee is required if a non-IAG item is eligible for return. Store credit may sometimes be offered as an alternative if refund is not eligible. *Engine components, electronics (such as Cobb Accessport), clearance items and open box specials are not eligible for return.

REFUNDS

Refunds may take up to 30 days to process. Payments made by Credit Card or PayPal are returned back to the original account used during the transaction. In lieu of refunds, a store credit in the full amount of the refund can be issued immediately as a more immediate alternative. There are no cash returns; IAG will issue a business check for the return of funds. Refunds are decided by the management and not by sales staff. Canceled service appointments with deposits are non-refundable.

IAG Product Warranty

This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state. We limit the duration and remedies of all implied warranties, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose to the duration of this express limited warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts. The remedies described below are your sole and exclusive remedies and our entire liability for any breach of this limited warranty. Our liability shall under no circumstances exceed the actual amount paid by you for the product, nor shall we under any circumstances be liable for any consequential, incidental, special or punitive damages or losses, whether direct or indirect.

We're proud to offer a Lifetime Warranty on IAG manufactured parts. In the unlikely event of a structural failure excluding powder coating, we will provide free repair or replacement for life to the original purchaser.

IAG will repair any IAG manufactured product that proves to be defective in materials or workmanship within the warranty period. If a repair is not possible, we will either replace your Pproduct with a new product of similar composition and price, or refund the full purchase price of your product, at our sole discretion. There is no charge for inspection but the buyer is responsible for shipping charges.

IAG I-Line imported parts offer a three-year limited warranty. In the unlikely event of a failure, we will provide free replacement parts for three years to the original purchaser. If the product is discontinued we will provide store credit in the amount of the original purchase.

Other Manufacturer Products:

Products not manufactured by IAG are subject to the individual manufacturer warranties which may apply. If you have questions concerning the fitment, appearance, or performance of your item, please contact a member of our customer support team for assistance.
