This ULTIMATE OIL PICKUP uses a .12” thick double bracket, 3X OEM oil pickup tube thickness and a brace between bracket and oil pickup tube to further strengthen the assembly. This is a super duty, engineered solution. Direct fit for all 2.5L 04-09 STI, 06-09 WRX and LGT. 2002-2005 EJ20 WRX requires 2.5L oil pan for fitment.

Every 2002-7 WRX & STi has a massive baffled chamber in the fenderwell to silence incoming air. The intake elbow removes this power-robbing plumbing from the intake system, so air enters through the factory inlet duct and goes straight to the airbox; improving flow and sound while looking stock. This is a great, cheap power upgrade. The intake silencer delete elbow is designed for the stock airbox; we recommend getting a drop-in air filter with it to maximize results. The intake elbow bolts into the factory location using the included hardware and foam ring airbox seal.

The COBB Tuning Air Box was designed to capture the cool air supplied to the SF Intake through the factory intake snorkle. Constructed of 16 ga. Aluminum the air box consists of a one piece surround, directional lid, and stainless fasteners that help reduce a loss of power that could be robbed from your motor by a heated intake charge. Unlike some cold air intakes, which places the filter in the front fender, our design helps to supply cool air through factory ducting, while eliminating the risk of water ingestion.
